TMLOA association payments are due each year June 1st.

Landowners are responsible to pay timely. Ongoing notifications continue to be sent.

Beginning in 2023, invoices will reflect $175 per lot. Emails are sent by email to land owners with email addresses on file. Those land owners without an email address are sent invoices by postal mail. Those who received an email can pay online, or send a check to the address displayed on the invoice.

If 2023 dues, including prior years, are not paid by June 1 deadline, there is an additional $15 late fee, per lot, per year.

Landowners are responsible for ensuring their dues are paid timely, regardless if an invoice is received!  Contact [email protected] for invoice or any questions.
