TMLOA Proxy Voter Form

Prior to the beginning of the annual meeting:

When a property owner is not available to attend the annual landowner meeting, they can designate a proxy to vote on their behalf on all issues put forth during the meeting held.

• Print the TMLOA Proxy Voter Form from this link. Complete one form for each property owned, for which a proxy is needed.
• Complete and sign.
• Ensure ALL dues are paid in full.
• Send to [email protected] email or provide the form to a TMLOA board member.
