TMLOA Proxy Voter Form

Prior to the beginning of the annual meeting:

When a property owner is not available to attend the annual landowner meeting, they can designate a proxy to vote on their behalf on all issues put forth during the meeting held.

• Print the TMLOA Proxy Voter Form from this link.
• Complete one form for each property owned, for which a proxy is needed, and sign.
• ALL dues for the owner completing the proxy must be paid in full.
• Send completed and signed proxy to: [email protected], the secretary will verify dues paid in full and provide the form to a TMLOA board member and proxy voter forms will be provided to the proxy at the annual meeting.
