Payments are not made on the this website. To pay due online or with a credit card, the owner must provide an email address. An invoice with a link will then be emailed to the owner to pay online with the link in the invoice sent to them by email. See contact below for any questions.
Beginning in 2023, and continuing for 2024 and 2025, invoices will reflect $175 per lot. Emails are sent by email to land owners with email addresses on file around the middle of March. Those land owners without an email address are sent invoices by postal mail.
Landowners who receive an email can pay online, by debit, checking account, or credit, OR send a check via your checking account through bill pay or manually send ac check in the mail to the address displayed on the invoice. TMLOA does not have Venmo or PayPal.

If 2025 dues, including all prior years, are not paid by June 1 deadline, there is an additional $30 late fee, per lot, per year.
