The Thunder Mountain Land Owner’s Association Unofficial Facebook page is a social media outlet for TMLOA owners only.  It is a social media tool to share and gain current, useful, and helpful information about the most recent and current events happening on the mountain. It is intended to be information for owners, a place to post beautiful pictures, and share our love for the mountain. Please no negative posts.

Owners should refer to the Thunder Mountain Landowners Official web site for official information found at: https://www.facebook.com/groups/tmloa/

Advertising should be kept at a minimum. Many owners have useful tools and machines, and as a community sharing the ability to obtain this type of assistance on the mountain is in the best interest of all. Posts related to selling products and sheds should NOT be ongoing, with multiple posts. If in doubt, ask one of the administrators/moderators. 

DID YOU KNOW? The Facebook page has the TMLOA website available on it so you can access t6he TMLOA website any time from the Facebook group. Click on the title “Thunder Mountain Land Owner’s Association Unofficial”, at the top, and the link for the TMLOA website displays. 

From time to time, the administrators/moderators may review the TMLOA Facebook group members and remove previous or non-owners or those posting repeated negative comments or edit or delete posts a deemed necessary.

We are excited to add, during the annual meeting on June 14, 2025, a communication team was developed and a Newsletter is now being created and shared with all owners via the TMLOA Facebook group, TMLOA website, and future emails and post mail if no email is available.
