For Owners

 General Overview of Need to Know Information  for TMLOA Homeowners:
    • Rules and Regulations – Owners should become familiar with the various, Bylaws, Rules, and Regulations.
    • Land Improvement Guidance & Submissions – Any property improvements or changes to a TMLOA lot requires a Land Improvement submission. Examples include but are not limited to the following; cutting or changing a road into a property or lot, adding or altering RV pads, adding storage sheds, Conex containers, cabins, any structure, digging trenches, installing electricity or electrical boxes, cutting or removing trees or shrubs, removing or adding fences, etc. 
    • Annual Homeowner Meetings – Annual owner meetings are held each year, on the second Saturday in June, at 10am, in the shed by the gate entrance.
    • Annual Meeting Notes – Meeting notes from owner annual meetings or special meetings are posted a couple weeks after on the website. Annual meeting notes include profit/loss statement for said year. 
    • Voting – Every owner may cast one vote, either in person or by proxy, for each lot or parcel owned by that particular member. See Article IV, Section 4 of Bylaws and 05/31/2025 (1 of 2) amendment for additional details. 
    • Proxy Voting – An owner may vote by proxy. See Article IV, Section 4 of Bylaws and 05/31/2025 (1 of 2)  amendment for additional details.  
    • Annual Dues or Special Assessments – Account(s) not paid in full, will not receive a voting ballot(s) at Annual Homeowners meeting and/or other Special meetings held and are subject to non-approval for land improvements submissions. See Article X, Section 1.
