TMLOA Proxy Information and Proxy Voter Form

Prior to the beginning of the annual meeting:

When a TMLOA owner/member is not available to attend the annual landowner meeting, they can designate a proxy to vote on their behalf on all issues put forth during the TMLOA annual meeting held. See Article IV, Section 4 of Bylaws and 05/31/2025 (1 of 2)  amendment for additional details. 

The TMLOA owner/member does the following:

• Print the TMLOA Proxy Voter Form from this link.
• Complete one form for each property owned, for which a proxy is needed, and sign.
• ALL dues, both annual dues and road assessment, and any miscellaneous, for the owner completing the proxy must be paid in full.
• Send completed and signed proxy to: tmloa.treasurer@gmail.com prior to the meeting.
• The secretary will verify account is paid in full and provide the proxy voter forms to the designated proxy at the annual meeting.
