The Thunder Mountain Board of Trustees / Board Members are elected from the general membership and act as the governing body for the day-to-day business activities and needs of the Thunder Mountain Land Owners’ Association (as filed with the State of Idaho). All positions are voluntary and no funds are appropriated to any of the positions.
The Thunder Mountain Board of Trustees / Board Members positions are filled by nomination and vote(s) by the Association (TMLOA owners), each year, at the Association’s annual business meeting. One vote per lot. There are three names, each year that are rotated for nomination. The board position is not voted on, only the volunteer name, nominated. The positions are determined by the board.
The Secretary is appointed by the Thunder Mountain Board of Trustees / Board Members.
