The Thunder Mountain Board of Trustees / Board Members are elected from the general membership and act as the governing body for the day-to-day business activities and needs of the Thunder Mountain Land Owners’ Association (as filed with the State of Idaho). All positions are voluntary and no funds are appropriated to any of the positions.
Positions on the Thunder Mountain Board of Trustees / Board Members positions are filled by nomination and vote by the Association, each year, at the Association’s annual business meeting, as a board member’s term expires. The Secretary is appointed by the Thunder Mountain Board of Trustees / Board Members.
