Special Meeting for roads and rentals on the mountain. Agenda.

July – September 2025

Roads – Work will begin the last weeks of July. Please be aware of additional road construction vehicles and individuals working on the road. Please stay within speed limits. 

Gate – The gate will NOT be open for the July 24th, 2025 holiday or for the weekend. Plan accordingly if having guests on the mountain. The gate will continue to be closed and function using assigned key fobs.

Road Assessment – The majority of ballots tallied, at the June 14, 2025, were in favor of a yearly road assessment, to be assessed yearly, over the next three years.  Ownership interest will be $300.00, per owner, per year, beginning in 2025, and continuing in 2026, and 2027. Kaleb will obtain a Request for Proposal (RFP) no later than August 2025. The RFP will be shared with all owners, prior to assessments being issued.

Road Committee Team – The communication team will be assisting with the review and input of the RFP. If there is any additional owners interested in volunteering for the road committee team, please contact TMLOA Secretary, Wendy Dreis, at tmloa.treasurer@gmail.com or text/call 801-668-3037.

Rentals on TMLOA – The HOA Attorney is finalizing the updates from the annual meeting and additional input from owners. When the information available and finalized it will be shared for further review by owners.

June 1, 2025 – HOA Due Payments due yearly

Landowners can email tmloa.treasury@gmail.com or call/text 801-668-3037 for questions or to obtain an invoice. Payments can be made online via the invoice, credit card, or mailed check. No payments can be made online via this website. Payment online is via the link provided in the invoice sent. Landowners are responsible for paying their HOA payments regardless if they receive an invoice or not.

Annual Homeowner Meetings are held each year, on the second Saturday in June, at 10am, in the shed by the gate entrance.

    • Arrive Early to check in, pick up handouts, voting ballots, etc.
    • Meet at the shed by the entry gate.
    • Bring your own chairs, if preferred, rather than metal chairs.
    • Potluck is back this year, bring your favorite food dish,
    • TMLOA board to provide drinks, hot dogs, hamburgers, chips, and cookies after meeting.
 The annual meeting will be held inside the association shed, at the main entry gate by the entry to the mountain.
This year we are continuing to enjoy potluck refreshments after the meeting. Please bring your favorite dish of food to share with others. The board will provide drinks, hot dogs, hamburgers, chips, and cookies.
