TMLOA association payments are due each year on or before June 1st.

Landowners are responsible to pay timely. Ongoing notifications continue to be sent.

Beginning in 2023, and continuing for 2024 and 2025, invoices will reflect $175 per lot. Emails are sent by email to land owners with email addresses on file around the middle of March. Those land owners without an email address are sent invoices by postal mail. Those who received an email can pay online, by debit, checking account, or credit, OR send a check via your checking account through bill pay or manually send ac check in the mail to the address displayed on the invoice.

If 2024 dues, including all prior years, are not paid by June 1 deadline, there is an additional $30 late fee, per lot, per year.

Note: Account(s) not paid in full, do not receive a voting ballot(s) and are subject to non-approval for land improvements submissions.
