> Arrive Early to check in, pick up any handouts, voting ballots, etc.

> Meet at the shed by the entry gate.

> Bring your own chairs, if preferred, rather than metal chairs.

> Potluck, bring your favorite food dish, with the board providing hot dogs, hamburgers, chips, cookies, and drinks.

> TMLOA board to provide drinks, hot dogs, hamburgers, chips, and cookies after meeting.

 The annual meeting will be held inside the association shed, at the main entry gate by the entry to the mountain.

This year we will continue to enjoy potluck refreshments after the meeting. Please bring your favorite dish of food to share with others. The board will provide drinks, hot dogs, hamburgers, chips, and cookies.
